Fish can be easy and quick for those busy chefs. We go to great lengths to choose suppliers who are responsible and sustainable. Along with Omega 3’s, cold water wild caught fish is also loaded with important nutrients such as protein and vitamin D.
So what are the ways to get more of those Omega 3 super foods into your diet? Let’s make this fun while learning and take a little quiz to find out.
Question #1: Like lean meat, lean fish is the healthiest choice; true or false?
Question #2: Which one of the following fish is not a rich source of Omega 3 fats? Wild king salmon, farmed Atlantic salmon, wild sockeye salmon, wild herring, or wild mackerel?
Question #3: Which one of the following fish is not high in mercury? King mackerel, tilefish, shark, Atlantic mackerel, or swordfish?

Sorry, you will have to stay tune until next week for the answers (or come by the store or check our website which offers many other informational / learning resources).
