Perhaps now more noticeably than ever do we see the need for allergy relief. Rubbing eyes, ticklish throat, and runny noses seem to be more and more common. However, instead of just talking about the problems let’s talk solutions. Today we’re going to focus on what herbs can do to help sooth any allergies this spring season or any other season for that matter.
The elder plant has a variety of uses and a popular one being for respiratory health. Ginger is a great spice/food commonly used to help alleviate unsettled stomachs helping re-instate normality. It is also known to help with inflammation as well.
