Our primary carrier is United States Postal Service (USPS). Our secondary carrier is United Parcel Service (UPS). You'll receive an e-mail that confirms your order has been shipped. If you have any questions regarding your shipment contact us. UPS exercises its own discretion in determining whether to leave such packages when nobody is home at the delivery address. If you are shipping to a business address help us help you by specifying accordingly. Federal policies regulate the transport of certain items by plane, including aerosol products (such as aerosol hairsprays and deodorants) as well as items containing high levels of alcohol (including perfumes, most hairsprays, some cough syrups, and other over-the-counter medications). If your order contains any of these items, it must be shipped through our Standard Delivery service to ensure safe transportation. We ship to street addresses and P.O. boxes within the 50 United States (All deliveries to P.O. boxes are through USPS). For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, we only ship using our Standard Delivery service. Please add a $10.00 charge in addition to our normal shipping rates.
